Based on experience with both dealing with factories over the years as well as making glasses and accessories for clients means we are familiar with all the production details a project will require. Thus saving time and avoiding costly manufacturing mistakes during the production process.
For more complicated designs that are either too technically important or rich in detail to be communicated with a 2 dimensional technical drawing - a 3D model is the best best way to both visualise your design and communicate these details to the manufacturer.
We have 3D modelling and rendering software, that produces models that can be sent directly to automated manufacturing machinery or can be used for animation in content creation.
A physical sample of your product is the best way to communicate and sometimes test the final design. Depending on the complexity of the design, a prototype can be constructed from 2D technical drawings or created from 3D CAD models either you provided or we created.
Our prototyping services include construction done by LAZERCUTTING, 3D PRINTING or CNC (ie. a robotic arm carving into a given matieral).
We will always advise the most appropriate and cost effective prototyping solution for your design.
