The main image demonstrates a confusion with the Ai image generation. The reason was prompt images were used in addition to the text, some of those images include pictures of heart organs, the result includes a rather baleful looking eye lurking in the leather.

It's reminiscent of cancerous tumors containing the beginnings of hair, teeth, dentine and even eyes forming in them.
