Parfum concepts bottles designed using Ai and CAD

The concept behind "SEAWEED" is a perfume that evokes the aesthetics of underwater giant seaweed stacks, washed up LDPE plastic and smell of salt, ozone and dictyopterenes - sex pheromones that are naturally occuring in seaweed.

Using Artificial intelligence for design :

The Ai software used to create these images was MidJourney, using handrawings, renders made from computer models and collected images as image prompts from which the Ai generates the image. The final image generated is then edited in Photoshop.

Many designers are negative about Artificial Intelligence (known hereafter as ‘Ai’) : I’ve met creatives who claim Ai removes the ‘soul’ from the resulting work…

But it’s important to understand that Ai will become a new tool used by designers more in the future... The same way that two-dimensional CAD drawing software didn't eliminate designers, it just gave us a quicker way to get our vision on paper... I expect the same for Ai.

If used properly Ai will be a tremendous tool to help designers put more soul into their work, not remove soul from the work.

The ‘exterior’ body of the parfum bottle would be made from LDPE, a recyclable plastic material that is often used as cargo crates and can be found on beaches. LDPE feels faintly rubbery and soft to touch…

The ‘interior’ body of the bottle would be made from blown glass. With a 3D printed syphon cover that is visible inside the bottle.
